Russia targeted Ukraine’s public infrastructure during massive attacks

Russia fired about 83 missiles into almost all regions of Ukraine. Civilian and critical infrastructure instead of military objects as Russia claims was hit by Russian ‘high-precision’ cruise missiles. Explosions were also reported in Lviv, Ternopil, Zhytomyr, Dnipro, Kremenchuk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kharkiv. There are killed and wounded.
